● Elevated
convection direct fired natural gas dry-off oven w/bottom entry;
dry-off and cure oven share outer walls, separate burners and controls, interior
dividing wall. Dwell time is 7 minutes at 300F (350F max).
● Environmental
room for powder system; designed for 25 ton A/C, (A/C not
included).
● Elevated
convection direct fired natural gas cure oven w/bottom entry,
side exit. Dwell time is 24 minutes at 400 F (450 F max).
● Elevated force
air (intake & exhaust) cooling tunnel w/ side entry, bottom
exit.
● Unibuilt enclosed track conveyor; approx. 700ft; designed for 100# point
load. Conveyor is variable speed up to 12FPM – System is designed for 8 FPM (all dwell
times are listed at this speed).
● Part size is 96
inches long x 12 inches wide x 60 inches high. Part
opening is
approximately 24 inches wide x 72 inches high. Hang
centers are 24 inches.
● Utilities:
460V, 3phase, 60 hertz, 3 wire; natural gas minimum 10”w.c.,
1000 BTU/ft3;
water required is 50 PSIG; compressed air is 80 PSI.
